FEEDER SHOP
This well-equipped facility – spread over 3,600 sq. m. processes the components up to the finished stage. This consists of a raw materials section, machining section and a press shop, respectively.
CNC operated gas cutting machine and a precision slitting machine have been installed - in the raw materials section - to help optimize the processing efficiency.
The machining section is equipped with various standard machines such as horizontal boring machines, centre lathes, horizontal milling machines, copy turning lathes, radial drilling machines, multiple spindle drilling machines and surface grinding machines, etc.
There are 2 nos. heavy-duty shearing presses and 4 nos. hydraulic presses (capacity: 80 – 250 ton) installed – in order to cater to in-house requirement of the precision sheet metal components. |

ASSEMBLY SHOP
The assembly shop covers a floor area more than 1,800 sq. m. Individual components are received here – either from the feeder shop or from the sub-vendors. These are assembled - by a team of master craftsmen.
Vast floor area of the assembly shop, equipped with overhead cranes– facilitates simultaneous processing of a number of work orders – thus ensuring timely delivery. |

QUALITY ASSURANCE
The QA team reports to the top management, directly – indicating the high importance, accorded to this function, within the organization. Quality checks are routinely carried out, at various manufacturing stages - as per the procedure elaborately documented in the MCSPL’s quality manual.
Outcome, of this relentless pursuit, is manifested in the superior quality of the final product. |

ENGINEERING & MARKETING
MCSPL has a full-fledged engineering set-up - having a team of trained and experienced design engineers.
Latest design and drafting softwares - including 3-D solid modeling softwares, such as MDT and INVENTOR-11 are available.
MCSPL has a team of competent, dynamic engineers to interface with the customers. The marketing team has been briefed that they need to understand the customer’s requirements correctly, visualize the suitability of MCSPL’s products within the customer’s proposed system and finally to recommend an optimal solution.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE
In order to ensure trouble-free operation, the equipment needs to be installed correctly and operated as per the prescribed norms. MCSPL’s technical experts undertake to supervise the erection and commissioning of the equipment, as required.
While the emergency calls - for attending to equipment break-down, are accorded the top-most priority, pre-scheduled visits are made - for carrying out the preventive maintenance activities. Besides conducting training programmes at the customers’ plant – for their technicians, comprehensive assistance is also provided - on the scientific management of the spare parts inventory.
MCSPL’s service specialists thus play a very crucial role during the entire operating life-cycle of the equipment.
