FEATURES
This is a self-extracting equipment that draws measured quantity of crushed coal from the storage hopper – for feeding to the boiler.

The feeder is provided with specially designed single / double strand forged chain links – having  welded attachments. The chain links are case-carburized - imparting them the requisite wear resistance.

Head and tail sprockets are of segmented rim construction – for facilitating replacement.

Provided with materials flow control gate, flow sensing device, floor cleaning flight attachments.

Accessories, such as rod gate, slide gate, expansion joint and emergency material evacuation gate can also be supplied, as per the customer’s requirement.

Provided with safety switches such as zero speed switch, electronic shock relay.
