FEATURES
 Designed to convey wide variety of powdery, granular bulk materials.
Material is conveyed by sliding action of single / double strand forged / case-hardened chain links on a wear resistant guide rail in the conveying and return path. Specially designed flight attachments are welded to the individual chain link – on either side.
The casings are totally enclosed, rugged, dust-tight and of rain-proof construction.
Head and tail sprockets are precision-machined and are provided with induction-hardened teeth. Sprockets are of segmented rim construction – for facilitating replacement.
Offers flexibility in the plant layout viz. horizontal, (horizontal + inclined) profile, as required. Specially designed corner casing is provided in case of (horizontal + inclined) profile to ensure smooth transfer of the material from the horizontal to the inclined section.
Multiple numbers of inlet and discharge openings can be provided at the required locations along the conveyor path.
Provided with safety switches such as zero speed switch, electronic shock relay.
