MCSPL has - together with Material Handling Division of Tsubakimoto Chain Company, been instrumental in supply and installation of conveyor system for paint shop of Toyota Kirloskar Motor Ltd. (TKML), Bangalore, India.

Paint Shop at TKML is equipped with TSUBAKI Overhead Conveyors for pre-treatment and undercoating lines and traverser type floor conveyors for surface and final spray coating.


The complete system comprises of EMS for Undercoating and ED process, ED Oven Conveyors, Night Storage Conveyors, Paint Booth Conveyors for Primer and Top Coat, Oven Conveyors and Storage Conveyors. The transportation of car body from one conveyor to another is automatically performed using traverser system.
