Single most important factor - in MCSPL’s progress, has been the focused and dedicated efforts of its people.

Since MCSPL supplies critical equipment to core sector industries such as cement, power, etc., the equipment needs to be of proven design / workmanship and needs to be supported adequately during operation. To build reliable equipment, each team member is required to contribute - harnessing his fullest potential.  Being a professional organization, MCSPL recognizes the importance of proactive efforts needed to enhance the potential of each individual employee. This is being done through a continuous process of development of its human resources – in terms of their knowledge, skill and motivation.

   
 

Training needs are routinely explored at senior management level – through face-to-face meetings as well as through bench-marking against the practices followed elsewhere. The employees are routinely deputed to undergo specialized training programmes - aimed at consolidating specific skill set. Job rotations as well as cross-functional assignment are some other methodologies adapted to facilitate on-the-job learning.

Overall pre-requisites for company’s various ongoing projects are conceptualized during the review meetings and the details are further discussed with the team members. Simplified tasks are then delegated to the respective individual.

Collaborative efforts of the entire team are responsible for meeting the overall company objectives.
